Inhale fresh oxygen,
deep and soulful
and the earth is yours.”

After a rain is when I love to go outside and inhale a deep breath.
The air seems to be so fresh and clean. I am an English “girl” and it reminds me of the English weather. It rains often in England. It also can get VERY cold in winter. I do not miss that.
I love these cool, crisp mornings. That is when I can get a lot of garden tasks done.

Yes, I totally agree with you. This is why I like to go to the mountains–especially our national parks–to get away from the smoggy air of the city and valley. The fresh clean air at the higher elevation away from the cities leaves one refreshed and rejuvenated. When that’s not possible, gardneing is the next best thing.
